Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
The Vinings offers reserved, covered parking to residents as well as detached garages.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Valet trash service runs Sunday – Thursday from 6-8pm .
Where is the dog park?
The dog park is located in the center of the community, between buildings 3 and 4
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Guests are permitted to park anywhere along the perimeter fence, so long as it is not a Reserved Parking Space
What are your community’s pool hours?
Monday- Saturday 10 am-10 pm & Sunday 1 pm-10 pm
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes, Residents are given a pool pass at move in.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
Yes- with respect to noise. If we receive and confirm complaints of excessive noise- you will be asked to end the gathering.
What are your fitness center hours?
The gym is open 24 hours. Residents are able to gain entry through the resident hallway to the package lockers

Charcoal and Gas located at the Gazebo near the pool
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?
Xfinity, 1GB of speed, unlimited usage, 1-855-307-4896
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Fort Bend County Water Control District #2- Included. Electricity is open to whichever provider they would like to use. Can utilize Gatby to search and find rates- www.gatby.com/vinings

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
